Favorites to Win the 2012 Masters Championship in Augusta, GA

This years Masters Championship is certain to be one to remember. Mark your calendars for April 5, 6, 7, 8, 2012. Amazing Augusta National Golf Club will play host to the biggest PGA Tour Major Championship of the 2012 season.

Last week at Doral, Tiger Woods was injured and was taken off the course, will he be healthy enough to participate?

Right off the top of my head I believe Rory McIlroy is playing so well, he may be the top contender to win, veteran players like Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Lee Westwood, Luke Donald and Adam Scott have a chance. I’m also looking for these guys to make a run at the Championship: Dustin Johnson, Jason Day, Nick Watney, young gun Rickie Fowler, Martin Kaymer and Charl Schwartzel.

The PGA Tour Players also have a chance at the Green Jacket and Masters Championship: Sergio Garcia, Matt Kuchar, Hunter Mahan, Steve Stricker, Anthony Kim, Bubba Watson and Justin Rose.

My picks are Rory McIlroy, Nick Watney and Phil Mickelson, best of luck to all the PGA Tour Participants.

If you have never been to the Masters in person, it’s one to add to your bucket list.
